This year we are studying the different genre of books. We are using Joe Bright and the Seven Genre Dudes. By Upstart activity guide. 

                                                We are going to do a different genre a month .


                                           I found some different fun things to put up in the media center.

                          

                              This is how we are doing the Beehive Award books display and vote holders.

                    For book care this year we did P.E.T  means  protect every title and had the students stand and take an oath . Each student received a sticker badge after taking the oath.

                          Students have really enjoy This new series Ghost Detectors by Dott Enderie

With the kindergarten  we did The teacher from the Black Lagoon By Mike Thaler. After reading the story we have the kindergarten students draw a teacher it was really fun to see what they came up with.  

                                             The fourth grade did they county floats great job.
