What a great idea! Bella Vista has been doing our own blog for over 4 years and it has been a great way to get the word out about books introduced in the library during story time, motivational reading programs, book reviews and district news relating to the school. I hope you have much success with your blog! I enjoy our district media assistant blog as well. I use it as a resource for improvements in our school and enjoy reading about all the great things other schools, like yours, are doing to make libraries and books more useful and enticing to teachers and students so they will love to visit the library and read more and more and MORE books!!! :)
