We recently had an update to our UGLY bookcase. It previously had glass doors and glass shelves. The district sent someone to replace the glass shelves with sturdy wood and a fresh coat of paint. Yay! Now we have nice display shelves.Currently we are displaying Caldecott and Newbery books. Guess what? The students are checking them out! Interesting how simply displaying something will make it fresh and new!
